    "note" : [ "Kurzfassung: - 'Boberach: Gegenüber der französischen Herrschaft, als Wein vom rechten Rheinufer keine Konkurrenz machen konnte und die Weinpreise ein Drittel höher waren, hat Preußen durch die Verwandlung der Konsumationssteuer in eine Produktionssteuer und Erhöhung der Grundsteuer die Winzer noch zusätzlich belastet. Die Zollvereinigungen hatten zur Folge, daß billiger, minderwertiger Wein die Rheinprovinz überschwemmte. Gefordert wird: Abschaffung der Weinsteuer - Revision des Grundsteuer-Katasters zur Ermäßigung der Grundsteuer - Schutzzölle auf Wein und Handelsverträge mit Staaten, welche keinen Wein produzieren - 500.000 Taler zinsfrei auf 30 Jahre zur Errichtung von Kreditkassen für die Winzer der Rheinprovinz. - Welsch (Projektbearbeiter): Laut Boberach wurde die vorliegende Broschüre von Winzern aus Sinzig an der Ahr verfaßt und vom Abgeordneten Bresgen, Weingutsbesitzer in Ahrweiler, der Deutschen Nationalversammlung vorgelegt.
